On the second floor, the Chinese restaurant offers 22 uniquely styled dining rooms; on the first floor, there is a sprawling 1,326-square-meter Golden Camellia Banquet Hall; and on the third floor, the column-free Harbor Pavilion Multi-Function Hall spans 1,029 square meters, complemented by two medium-sized meeting rooms—the East Sea Room and the South Sea Room—as well as three small meeting rooms and two VIP reception rooms. Together, these facilities can accommodate large, medium, and small banquets, while also hosting numerous conferences and events. On the fifth floor, the Bao Lai Western Restaurant serves a diverse array of international cuisine to guests from all corners of the globe.
