The 2021 Annual Commendation Conference of Fangchenggang Gangchen International Hotel Co., Ltd. was solemnly held on March 11, 2022, with the hotel’s leadership in attendance. During the conference, one outstanding collective, two advanced work teams for workplace safety, two outstanding managers, and 13 outstanding employees were commended and recognized.

At the meeting, Hotel General Manager Zhang Weijing delivered an important address. He began by extending his heartfelt congratulations to the award recipients, emphasizing that every achievement the hotel has attained over the past year fully underscores our modern, professional service image and has solidified a high-quality hospitality model—all of which would have been impossible without the tireless efforts of every member of our team. In closing, Mr. Zhang urged all employees to earnestly implement the hotel’s six core management principles for 2022: “team spirit, efficient execution, passionate marketing, meticulous management, a sense of responsibility and accountability, and mutual care and support.” He encouraged everyone to continue leveraging their wisdom, courage, perseverance, and drive to achieve even greater success and write a brilliant new chapter in the hotel’s storied history.
