Fangchenggang Gangchen International Hotel Holds the 2020 Work Summary Meeting on Work Safety and the Mobilization Conference for 2021 Work Safety

Long Feng, Manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, delivered a brief report on the hotel’s 2020 achievements in epidemic prevention and control, workplace safety, and environmental protection. Ji Lin, Executive Deputy Director of the Safety Committee and Executive Deputy General Manager of the hotel, then read out the 2021 key work plan for safety and environmental protection, emphasizing that the focus of workplace safety efforts across all departments must be on effective implementation—balancing knowledge with action—and on addressing existing weaknesses in safety management while boldly assuming responsibility. Shi Hu, Chairman of the Safety Committee and General Manager of the hotel, concluded the meeting with a summary address. Drawing on the hotel’s specific circumstances, he analyzed the current state of workplace safety and underscored the need for all managerial personnel to continuously enhance their awareness and gain a clear understanding of the present safety landscape. He called for comprehensive coverage of all safety-related tasks, with particular emphasis on tackling the most challenging issues, firmly upholding the concept of safe development, further improving the occupational health and safety management system, and promoting the scientific conduct of safety management through legal, standardized, normative, and systematic approaches. He urged constant vigilance and sustained effort to continually elevate the hotel’s intrinsic level of workplace safety, thereby taking the hotel’s safety management journey to a new height.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the hotel’s general manager and the heads of all second-level departments signed on the spot the “2021 Annual Responsibility Agreement on Safety Production, Fire Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental Protection Management and Control Objectives.”
